The Monk, the Monkey and the Master
Caveat:
It is of the most practical interest that one may consider the possibility that all of this is nothing more than a very elaborate practical joke.
But one should also keep in mind, in case the above is true, that nothing is lost and very much is learnt and gained by the apprehension of such fact.
In truth, consciousness progresses in direct proportion to the importance it gave to the illusions it destroyed by becoming aware of them; no matter what method was used to get there.
The Monkey
Gimme, gimme, gimme a peanut… gimme, gimme a banana … gimme… gimme…
something, … anything… !
The Monk
I don’t know what the answer is because I don’t know what question to ask.
But I will keep on.
The Master
There is the danger of becoming a Monkey when trying to become a Monk.
Very much so when one starts looking for the key that separates one from the other.
